App Privacy Policy
Last updated · July 16, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how the KRAM mobile app collects, uses, and protects your information. It applies specifically to the KRAM app for clients and team members. By using the app, you agree to the practices described below.
Information We Collect
Account information: When you sign in to the KRAM app, we collect the email address and password you use to access your brand workspace, so we can authenticate you and keep your content secure.
Workspace content: We process the content connected to your workspace, such as posts, captions, images, videos, scheduling dates, notes, and the approvals or feedback you submit, so the app can display your content pipeline and record your decisions.
Device & technical data: We collect limited technical information such as your device type, operating system, app version, and a push-notification token, to keep the app reliable and deliver notifications.
How We Use Your Information
We use your information to sign you in, display the content prepared for your brand, record your approvals and feedback, keep your workspace in sync, and notify you when content is awaiting your review or its status changes.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties.
Device Permissions
Notifications: With your permission, the app sends push notifications (for example, when a post needs your approval). To deliver these, a notification token is generated for your device. You can turn notifications off at any time in your device settings.
Camera & Photos: The app requests access to your camera and photo library only when you choose to upload or attach media. This access is used solely to add that content to your workspace. We do not scan or access your gallery in the background.
Third-Party Services
We use Google Firebase Cloud Messaging to deliver push notifications. Firebase processes a device notification token for this purpose and is governed by Google's own privacy policy.
We rely on trusted providers for hosting and secure data storage. These providers may only access information to the extent needed to deliver their service, and we may disclose information where required by law.
Data Security
The app connects to KRAM's servers over an encrypted connection. We take reasonable measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. However, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your Rights & Account Deletion
You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you.
You can request deletion of your KRAM account and its associated data at any time, either from within the app or by contacting us using the details below. Once verified, we will delete your account data, except where we are required to retain certain records by law.
Children's Privacy
The KRAM app is intended for businesses and professionals and is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated revision date.
