Web Development
Websites Engineered Around User Behavior.
The short answer
KRAM Creative designs and builds websites shaped around how people actually use them. User behaviour analysis maps how visitors interact, scroll and convert, and layout and flow are then decided to reduce friction rather than to fill a template. Built examples include the 360 AutoFin and NexArtha sites.

A site is designed around one job
Before layout, the question is what the site has to achieve. For 360 AutoFin, a car finance business, that job was getting a visitor from "can I trust these people" to a phone call, and five pages were built around it with the route to a human never leaving the screen. For NexArtha, an advisory firm, the job was proving structure to people who had never met them, so the site was built on ruled lines and a strict grid because structure is what the firm is actually selling.
The layout is then decided where the audience is. Most of the 360 AutoFin audience arrives on a phone, so that is the width the design was settled at first.
Where web development sits in the sequence
In the Knowledge phase, alongside brand identity. A site built before the identity is settled has to be rebuilt once it is. Publishing, analysis and optimisation come later in the sequence and keep acting on the site after launch.
This is one of eight capabilities, delivered as one twelve-step sequence rather than as separate briefs. The phase it belongs to is K · Knowledge: Foundation before visibility. We establish clarity using AI-driven insights, behavioral data, and structured brand systems.
Common questions
Questions about web development
Does KRAM Creative build websites as well as designing them?
Yes. Web development is one of KRAM Creative's eight capabilities, and the 360 AutoFin and NexArtha sites were both designed and built by the studio.
Does KRAM Creative build sites with a dark mode?
Where it serves the audience. The 360 AutoFin site ships in both a light and a dark theme, and the hero art is not filtered between them: each theme uses a different photograph, chosen so the showroom reads bright in one and the garage reads moody in the other.
Are KRAM Creative's websites designed for mobile?
Yes, and where the audience is mostly on a phone the layout is decided at that width first. That is how the 360 AutoFin site was laid out, because most of that audience arrives on a phone.
